Things to Know Before the Course

• When purchasing a ticket, the Junior Chef's name must be entered as the participant's name, and a phone number for communication must be provided.
• The Junior Academy Summer Program is for children aged 7–12.
• Children under 7 years old are not permitted in the workshop area due to kitchen safety and workshop organization rules.
• The parent accepts that the child does not have any health problems, contagious diseases, or known food/product allergies that would prevent them from participating in the training.
• Separate workstations and separate tickets are planned for each child.
• There is no make-up session for missed classes in the Junior Academy Summer Program.
• You must be present at the Academy at least 5 minutes before the start time.
• Participants arriving within the first 45 minutes from the start time will be admitted to the kitchen; however, no make-up can be provided for activities completed during this period. If 45 minutes are exceeded, admission to the kitchen cannot be granted to maintain workshop order.
• Participants outside the 7-12 age range will not be admitted to the kitchen. External observers are strictly not allowed.
• Refunds or exchanges for tickets are strictly not permitted.
• Workshops will be held with a minimum of 7 Junior Chefs. The Academy reserves the right to cancel the workshop if sufficient participation is not met. In such cases, participants will be informed, and a refund will be issued.
• The language of instruction is Turkish.
• Outside food and drinks are strictly not permitted.
• Photographs and video recordings may be taken by Masa Culinary Academy during the workshop. These visual records may be used on the Academy's social media accounts, website, and for promotional activities. Participants attending the workshop are deemed to have accepted that these recordings may be used for the stated purposes.
• We kindly ask you to specify Sheraton Hotel Esenyurt as the location. You can park your car in the hotel parking lot upon arrival. When you inform the staff that you are attending the MASA Workshop event, they will assist you with directions.
