Things to Know Before the Training
• When purchasing tickets, the participant's name should be entered as the Junior Chef's name, and a phone number must be provided for communication.
• The Junior Academy Summer Program is for children aged 7-12.
• Children under 7 are not permitted in the workshop area due to kitchen safety and workshop organization.
• The parent accepts that the child does not have any health problems, contagious diseases, or known food/product allergies that would prevent their participation in the training.
• A separate workstation and ticket are planned for each child.
• There is no make-up session for missed lessons in the Junior Academy Summer Program.
• Participants must be present at the Academy at least 5 minutes before the start time.
• Participants arriving within the first 45 minutes from the start time will be admitted to the kitchen; however, no make-up will be provided for activities completed during this period. If 45 minutes are exceeded, entry to the kitchen will not be permitted to maintain workshop order.
• Participants outside the 7-12 age range will not be admitted to the kitchen. Outside observers are strictly not allowed.
• Refunds or changes to tickets are strictly not permitted.
• Workshops will be held with a minimum of 7 Junior Chefs. In cases where sufficient participation is not met, our Academy reserves the right to cancel the workshop. In such cases, participants will be informed, and a refund will be issued.
• The language of instruction is Turkish.
• Outside food and drinks are strictly not permitted.
• Photography and videography may be conducted by Masa Culinary Academy during the workshop. These visual recordings may be used on our Academy's social media accounts, website, and promotional activities. Participants attending the workshop are deemed to have accepted that these recordings may be used for the stated purposes.
• Please use "Sheraton Hotel Esenyurt" as the location. You can park your car in the hotel parking lot upon arrival. Our staff will assist you with directions when you inform them that you are attending the MASA Workshop event.
