Hobby Basic Cookery Training – May 20 (5 Weeks / 20 Hours)

Weekly Course Content:

• April 29    : Basic Cutting Techniques & Knife Usage Techniques (Completed)
• May 6      : Cooking Techniques and Applications (Completed)
• May 13    : Sauces and Soups (Completed)
• May 20    : Fish & Seafood Preparation and Cooking Techniques
• June 3   : Fresh Pasta Dough and Sauces
• June 10 : Red Meat and Marinades
• June 17 : Poultry
• June 24 : Black Box – Final dish

Things to Know Before the Course

• For participants aged 18 and over. Participants aged 16–17 can attend with written parental consent.
  
• Our courses are for hobby purposes and do not include a professional vocational certificate or employment guarantee.
  
• Each participant will work individually at their own personal workstation.
  
• Participants must be present at the Academy at least 5 minutes before the start time of each course.
• Participants arriving within the first 30 minutes from the start of the course will be admitted to the kitchen; however, no compensation can be made for applications completed during this period. If 30 minutes are exceeded, admission to the kitchen cannot be granted to maintain the order of the course.
• Due to the group nature of the course, make-up classes cannot be provided for missed sessions.
  
• No outside spectators or guests are absolutely allowed in the kitchen apart from the participant; no flexibility is provided in this regard.
  
• I accept that I do not have any health problems, contagious illnesses, or known food/product allergies that would prevent me from participating in the event.
• Courses are held with a minimum of 8 participants. In cases where sufficient participation is not met, the Academy reserves the right to cancel the course. In this case, participants will be informed and a refund will be issued.
  
• The Academy reserves the right to make changes to the instructor, content, and course flow in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  
• There is no right to cancel or change a purchased course. The BUYER who cannot attend the event may transfer their ticket to another person by contacting the sales office.
• The language of instruction is Turkish.
  
• Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed.
  
• The participant acknowledges that the recipes, documents, and content shared within the scope of the course are provided for personal use only; sharing them with third parties or using them for commercial purposes is prohibited.
  
• During the course, Masa Culinary Academy may take photos and videos. These visual records may be used in the Academy's social media accounts, website, and promotional activities. Individuals attending the course are deemed to have accepted that these records may be used for the stated purposes.
  
• To avoid food waste from the dishes you prepare in class, you can bring your storage containers and take them home, thus sharing them with your loved ones.
