Hobby Basic Cooking Training – February 11th (8 Weeks / 32 Hours)

Weekly Training Content:

• February 11th: Basic cutting techniques and knife usage techniques.
• February 18th: Cooking techniques and applications
• February 25th: Sauces and soups
• March 4th: Fish fillet preparation and cooking techniques
• March 11: Fresh pasta dough and sauces.
• March 18: Red meat and marination techniques
• March 25: Poultry preparation and cooking techniques
• April 1st: Black Box – Final Plate

Things to Know Before Training

• This event is for participants aged 18 and over. Participants aged 15-17 may participate with the written consent of their parent or guardian.
  
• Our training programs are for hobby purposes only and do not include a professional certification or employment guarantee.
  
• Each participant will work individually at their own dedicated workstation.
  
• Participants must be present at the Academy at least 5 minutes before the start of each training session.
• Participants arriving within the first 30 minutes of the training start time will be admitted to the kitchen; however, no make-up sessions will be available for practices completed within this time frame. If the workshop exceeds 30 minutes, entry to the kitchen will be restricted in order to maintain order.
• Due to the group nature of the training, missed classes cannot be made up.
  
• Apart from the participants, outside viewers or guests are allowed into the kitchen. Definitely This is unacceptable; no flexibility will be allowed on this matter.
  
• Trainings are conducted with a minimum of 8 participants. Our Academy reserves the right to cancel the training if sufficient participation is not achieved. In this case, participants will be informed and a refund will be issued.
  
• The Academy reserves the right to make changes to instructors, content, and course flow in exceptional circumstances.
  
• Training start date 7 days Cancellation requests made at or less than the allotted time do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or modification.
  
• The language of instruction is Turkish.
  
• Bringing outside food and drinks is strictly prohibited.
  
• Participants understand that the prescriptions, documents, and content shared within the scope of this training are provided for personal use only; sharing them with third parties or using them for commercial purposes is prohibited.
  
• During the workshop, Masa Culinary Academy may take photographs and videos. These visual recordings may be used for the Academy's social media accounts, website, and promotional activities. Guests participating in the workshop are deemed to have accepted that these recordings may be used for the purposes stated above.
