Adana kebab, tablacı salad, and katmer with ice cream... Young chefs are discovering both flavors and techniques in the kitchen.

Things to Know Before the Workshop

• Young chefs workshops are for ages 13-17.  
• Attendees must be present at the Academy at least 5 minutes before the workshop starts.

• Participants arriving within the first 30 minutes of the workshop start time will be admitted to the kitchen; however, no compensation can be provided for applications completed during this period. If 30 minutes are exceeded, entry to the kitchen will not be permitted to maintain the workshop order.
• No external observers, guest participants, or pets are allowed in the kitchen other than the participants. No flexibility is provided in this regard.
• I confirm that my child does not have any health problems, contagious illnesses, or known food/product allergies that would prevent their participation in the activity.
• Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable.
• The language of instruction is Turkish.
• Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed.
• During the workshop, Masa Culinary Academy may take photographs and videos. These visual recordings may be used on our Academy's social media accounts, website, and promotional materials. Guests participating in the workshop are deemed to have accepted that these recordings may be used for the stated purposes.
• We kindly ask you to enter "Sheraton Hotel Esenyurt" as the location. You can leave your vehicle in the hotel parking lot upon arrival. When you state that you are attending the MASA Workshop event, the staff will assist you with directions.
