Young people aged 13-17 who want to spend their summer vacation not just by relaxing, but also productively and enjoyably! If you are ready, we are waiting for you to make a difference in the kitchen!
Training Outcomes
• First step into the professional kitchen with basic cooking techniques and hygiene knowledge
• Acquisition of planning, organization, and time management skills
• Development of division of labor, leadership, and sense of responsibility through teamwork
• Introduction to different world cuisines: learning flavors along with cultures
• Development of creativity and aesthetic perspective: plate presentations, color & texture balance
• Practice of numerical and analytical thinking through recipe reading, measuring, and balancing
• Awareness of healthy eating and conscious consumption habits

July 31 - Lesson 1 - Turkish Cuisine (Adana-Urfa Kebab & Tablacı Salad)
Things to Know Before the Training
- When purchasing a ticket, the participant's name should be entered as the Young Chef's name, and a phone number for communication must be provided.
- The young chefs' training is for ages 13-17.
- Participants must be present at the Academy at least 5 minutes before the training start time.
- Participants arriving within the first 30 minutes from the start of the training will be admitted to the kitchen; however, no compensation can be provided for applications completed during this period. If 30 minutes are exceeded, admission to the kitchen cannot be granted to maintain the training order.
- No outside observers, guest participants, or pets are absolutely allowed in the kitchen other than the participants. No flexibility is provided in this regard.
- You agree that you do not have any health problems, infectious diseases, or known food/product allergies that would prevent you from participating in the event.
- No refunds or changes are made to tickets.
- The training language is Turkish.
- Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed.
- During the training, Masa Culinary Academy may take photographs and videos. These visual records may be used in the Academy's social media accounts, website, and promotional activities. Guests participating in the training are considered to have accepted that these records may be used for the specified purposes.
- Please enter "Sheraton Hotel Esenyurt" as the location. You can leave your car in the hotel car park when you arrive. When you inform them that you have come for the MASA Workshop event, the staff will assist you with directions.
