Training Outcomes
• First step into the professional kitchen with basic culinary techniques and hygiene knowledge

• Encountering different world cuisines: learning flavors with cultures

• Practice of numerical and analytical thinking through recipe reading, measuring, balancing

August 10 - 1st Class - Lasagna & Tiramisu
August 11 - 2nd Class - American Desserts (New York cookies, cheesecake, donut)
August 12 - 1st Class - Sushi
August 13 - 1st Class - Taco
August 14 - 1st Class - Turkish Cuisine (Adana-Urfa Kebap & Tablacı Salad)
Things to Know Before Training
- When purchasing a ticket, the Young Chef's name must be entered as the participant's name, and a phone number must be provided for communication.
- Young chef training sessions are for ages 13-17.
- You must be present at the Academy at least 5 minutes before the training start time.
- Participants arriving within the first 30 minutes of the training start time will be admitted to the kitchen; however, no compensation can be provided for applications completed during this period. If 30 minutes are exceeded, admission to the kitchen cannot be made to maintain the order of the training.
- No outside observers, guest participants, or pets are allowed in the kitchen. No flexibility is provided on this matter.
- You acknowledge that you do not have any health problems, contagious diseases, or known food/product allergies that would prevent you from participating in the event.
- No refunds or exchanges can be made for tickets.
- The training language is Turkish.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed.
- During the training, photographs and videos may be taken by Masa Culinary Academy. These visual records may be used on our Academy's social media accounts, website, and promotional activities. Our guests who participate in the training are considered to have accepted that these records may be used for the stated purposes.
- We kindly ask you to enter Sheraton Hotel Esenyurt as the location. When you arrive, you can leave your car in the hotel parking lot. When you inform them that you are attending the MASA Workshop event, the staff will assist you with directions.
