Day 1 (Monday, June 8): Basic Techniques & Preparation

• Sponge Cake Making & Techniques
• Basic Pastry Cream
• Ganache Preparation

Day 2 (Tuesday, June 9): Application - 3 Recipes

• Naked Cake
• Black Forest Cake
• Medovik Cake

Things to Know Before the Training

• For participants aged 18 and over. Participants aged 16–17 can attend with written parental consent.
  
• Our training courses are for hobby purposes and do not include a professional vocational certificate or employment guarantee.
  
• Each participant will work individually at their own special workbench.
  
• All participants must be present at the Academy at least 5 minutes before the start of each training session.
• Participants arriving within the first 30 minutes from the start of the training will be admitted to the kitchen; however, no compensation can be made for applications completed during this period. If the 30-minute period is exceeded, admission to the kitchen will not be possible to maintain the order of the training.
• Due to the group participation nature of the training, missed classes cannot be compensated.
  
• No external observers or guests are absolutely allowed in the kitchen; no flexibility is provided in this regard.
  
• You agree that you do not have any health problems, contagious illnesses, or known food/product allergies that would prevent you from participating in the event.
  
• Training sessions are held with a minimum of 8 participants. In cases where sufficient participation is not achieved, our Academy reserves the right to cancel the training. In such cases, participants will be informed and a refund will be issued.
  
• The Academy reserves the right to make changes to instructors, content, and lesson flow in compulsory situations.
  
• There is no right to cancel or change the purchased training. The BUYER, who cannot attend the event, can transfer their ticket to another person by contacting the sales office.
• The language of instruction is Turkish.
  
• Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed.
  
• The participant knows that the recipes, documents, and content shared within the scope of the Training are provided for personal use only; sharing them with third parties or using them for commercial purposes is prohibited.
  
• During the training, photographs and video recordings may be taken by Masa Culinary Academy. These visual records may be used on the Academy's social media accounts, website, and promotional activities. Individuals attending the training are deemed to have accepted that these records may be used for the stated purposes.
  
• To prevent excess food from your dishes from becoming food waste, you can bring your storage containers with you and take them home, so you can also share them with your loved ones.
