Things to Know Before the Training

• When purchasing tickets, the participant's name must be entered as the Young Chef's name, and a phone number must be provided for contact.
• Young chefs' training is for ages 13-17.
• Participants must be present at the Academy at least 5 minutes before the training starts.
• Participants arriving within the first 30 minutes from the start of the training will be admitted to the kitchen; however, no compensation can be provided for applications completed during this period. If 30 minutes are exceeded, admission to the kitchen cannot be granted to maintain the order of the training.
• No observers, guest participants, or pets are allowed in the kitchen other than the participants. No exceptions will be made in this regard.
• You acknowledge that you do not have any health problems, contagious illnesses, or known food/product allergies that would prevent you from participating in the event.
  
• Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• The language of instruction is Turkish.
• Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed.
• During the training, photographs and video recordings may be taken by Masa Culinary Academy. These visual records may be used on our Academy's social media accounts, website, and promotional activities. Our guests participating in the training are deemed to have accepted that these recordings may be used for the stated purposes.
• We kindly ask you to enter "Sheraton Hotel Esenyurt" as the location. When you arrive, you can park your car in the hotel parking lot. When you inform the staff that you have come for the MASA Workshop event, they will assist you with directions.
